Stop Spending Your Time Watching Others

Everyone is different, with different experiences and lives. Your training should reflect what you already know. There are no required minimum hours that you need to train for your CDL. Most schools count observation time in their 160 hour programs and have multiple students in the cabs. This means that the time you actually spend training is quite a bit less.

Be cautious of "one-day only" training providers. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Our training is proficiency based, not time based, as outlined by the FMCSA:

"There is no required minimum number of instruction hours for theory training, but the training instructor must cover all topics set forth in the curriculum. There is no required minimum number of instruction hours for BTW (range and public road) training, but the training instructor must cover all topics set forth in the BTW curriculum."

ABOUT US

We are professional drivers. We are husbands, wives, sons, daughters, and parents. We know the trucking industry and we understand the importance of family, work, and trying to balance them all. Our goal is to ensure that the next generation of drivers are trained properly and are fully prepared to be on the road, not just able to pass a test and be able to do it without sacrificing time or a paycheck. We want to promote safe, proficient drivers and we have the same goals in mind as you.

Bianco Trucking Services was founded in February 2023. It was created with the intention to make the lives of truckers, their families, and their companies easier. We wanted to make services easier to access on nights and weekends. We offered specialized training for companies to utilize as a way of protecting their CSA scores through continuing education and refresher training for their drivers. As the business grew, companies started inquiring about other services we could offer.

CDL and Operator Training was created in April of 2023. With so many companies looking for different training options, we understood the value of a company's time. Together, the members built a training program from the ground up that would suit the needs of employers and companies while satisfying the FMCSA rules and regulations that came out in 2022 and the State of Michigan Regulations. Our goal was to create a training program with a flexible training schedule that meant companies could provide training to their own employees, on-site, with fewer schedule interruptions or sacrificing man power for extended periods of time. Employers are able to train new employees during the training, which allows them to begin working much quicker. We made sure that our training was flexible and was able to work around scheduling needs. When it became clear that an on-site in-person training was needed with the same flexible schedule, CDL and Operator Training started working with the State of Michigan to make that a reality. The traveling training was handed over to their sister company, Professional Driver Services, and in January 2024 the doors opened with Class A CDL Training.
